I am a Rights Lab Senior Research Fellow in Modern Slavery and Sustainable Ecosystems based out of the School of Geography at the University of Nottingham. I completed my PhD in Geography in July 2020. My research focuses on modern slavery and its connection to environmental degradation using mixed-methods, but particularly remotely sensed satellite data and survey data analysis. This blog explore some of the ideas of remote sensing and its uses within the social sciences. All views expressed here are my own.
