This report summarises the work of the previous SR and outlines the priorities which the new SR (Tomoya Obokata) will focus upon whilst in post. Writing originally published on Delta 8.7 related to work undertaken on the South Asian brick kiln sector has been cited in a section on technological developments (see section 70).
